Your tasks:

– Planning and implementation of complex organisational and process management projects
– Design, introduction and optimisation of new, innovative business processes and business performance monitoring
– Creation of requirements, solution and technical concepts
– Presentation of solutions and recommendations to the customer
– Specialist coaching at the customer’s premises
– Mentoring from our business analysts in the area of financial services
– Project work at our customers’ respective locations – with the option of a mix of on-site and remote working days
– Support in the acquisition of projects and the preparation of offers

Your profile:

– Completed studies in business administration, economics, computer science, business informatics or similar. subjects (preferably with a focus on financial services) and/or commercial training at a bank or insurance company
– Ideally at least 5 years of practical experience in an area of banking: investment banking, asset management, retail banking, securities processing or payment transactions
– Professional experience in consulting and project experience in the areas of process and project management
– Very good knowledge of project management (certification according to IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 desirable) and business process management (analysis, modelling, optimisation and digitalisation)
– Sound knowledge of products, services, organisation, IT systems and processes
– Flexibility, mobility, willingness to travel
– Very good written and spoken German
– Business fluent in English, knowledge of French is an advantage

– Requesting test environments
– Release of test levels

– Professional experience in software testing and ideally in software engineering as well as project experience
– Several years of routine in dealing with different test procedures and test tools
– Practical experience in the introduction of a test management system
– ISTQB certification an advantage and experienced in using standard test tools
– Flexibility, mobility, willingness to travel
– Very good written and spoken German
– Business fluent in English, knowledge of French is an advantage

  • Support in the planning, participation and controlling of complex organisational and process management projects

Your profile:

  • Initial knowledge of IT and agile procedures (e.g. SCRUM) an advantage
